SafeGuard Medical Alarms, Inc. is a successful North Carolina corporation that has provided our neighbors with our state-of-the-art Personal Emergency Response Systems and the highest level of personal customer service for nine years.
Our company started when our President, who was then the owner of a retail store that sold wheelchairs and hospital beds, recognized the need for these systems to give his customers a higher level of quality of life and the ability to live securely and confidently in their own home, delaying the expense of assisted living facilities.
The company grew from operating out of the corner of this retail store with 30 systems in homes to a company with three offices in North and South Carolina, serving hundreds and hundreds of friends and neighbors in multiple states.
We have ambitious plans to expand our service areas, in alliance with new partners who believe in and exemplify personalized customer service and helping friends and neighbors lead productive, safe and secure lives in the comfort of their own homes.
